✉️ Inviting Client Users to a Workspace

In Client Hub, you can invite Client Users to access each client company workspace. Once invited, they’ll be able to view and respond to Client Tasks, Messages, and the File Manager specific to their company.

➡️ Go to the Client Workspace

Select the client company from your Client List, then open the Client Details tab.

Click “Add Client User”

You’ll be prompted to either:

  • Invite a new user
  • Add a user from another existing workspace

For a New User:

  1. Enter the client's name and email address
  2. Click Invite Client User

📬 The client will automatically receive a welcome email with a link to log in and create a password.

🔔 When the client accepts the invitation, a notification is automatically sent to the Firm User who created the Client Invite. Other Firm Users in the workspace will not receive this notification.

👀 Check Invite Status

The new invite will appear in the list of client users with a Pending status.

📊 Manage Pending Invites in Dashboards

Head to Dashboards > Invites to see all pending invitations across your workspaces. From here you can:

🔄 Resend invites – send another email reminder

🗑️ Delete invites – remove them completely

Take bulk actions on multiple pending invites at once

This makes it easy to keep track of invitations and follow up as needed.

💡 Tips for Managing Client Invites

If the client doesn’t receive the invite or you'd prefer to send a personalized message:

  • Click Copy Invite next to the pending invitation
  • Paste the unique link into a personal email

Try resending an invite before deleting it — sometimes a fresh reminder does the trick!

⚠️ Important: Each invite link is unique to the user and should not be shared with others.
