If you need to update your login information for Client Hub, our team can help you make the change securely.
✉️ Change your login email address
If you need to update the email address you use to log in to Client Hub, please contact us with the following information:
- Your current login email address
- The new email address you'd like to use
Our team will take care of the update and notify you once it's complete.
After the change is made, you'll need to log out of your account and then log back in using your new email address.
🪪 Change your name
You can update your first and last name at any time from My Account in Client Hub. Once saved, the change applies to your profile — if you don't see it reflected right away on a page you already had open, a refresh will show the update.
If you're unable to make the update yourself, contact us with your current name and new name and we'll take care of it.
