A branded login page gives your clients a dedicated web address for logging in to Client Hub, with your firm’s logo and name front and center. Some firms call this a white label login page. This article walks you through how to request one.

Available to: Paid subscribers of Client Hub.
Not available during: Free trial period.

📝 Steps to Request Your Branded Login Page

Add your firm’s logo:

a. Go to Setup & Settings > Client Portal > Design.

b. On the Branding tab, click Choose File next to Logo and select your firm’s logo.

c. Click Save Parameters.
Gather the details the request form asks for:

a. The email address of the master admin or subscriber.

b. Your firm name exactly as it appears on the Manage Practice page.

c. The name you would like to appear in your branded login page URL.
Complete the Branded Login Page Request Form.

🔤 Choosing Your URL Name

Your URL name is the part of the web address that identifies your firm. Please note the following when you choose it:

Use lowercase letters only.
Do not use spaces or special characters.
Keep it to 15 characters or fewer. This is a maximum, so your name does not need to be exactly 15 characters.

💡 Tip: If your full firm name is long, a shortened version works well. For example, “Smith Bookkeeping Services, LLC” could become “smithbooks.”

⏱️ Processing Time

Turnaround: Typically 1–3 business days.
Notification: You’ll receive an email with the link to your dedicated URL and branded login page once it’s ready.
